Flavia Teodosiu
Flavia following in the footsteps of her grandfather, father and mother is the third generation of lawyers in her family to work in the field of law in Romania. She obtained her law degree from Bucharest University Faculty of Law in 1993. Through her work of over 30 years she has garnered attention as a defense attorney in Romania, representing prominent clients in cases involving corruption, political disputes, and other significant legal matters. She has also worked upon a number of high profile commercial cases acting for local and international investors.
Her work in high-profile cases has put her in the spotlight within Romania's legal circles. This has allowed her to become since 2007 a member of the governing bodies of the lawyer profession, both locally and national. In this role she has attended a number of conferences on their behalf representing the Romanian legal profession. As well as her work in the field of litigation and arbitration she has extensive knowledge and experience the areas of privatization, competition law and acquisitions and contentious cases. as well as financing and banking matters in Romania.
