Catalin Dumitrescu
Catalin Dumitrescu is a senior Romanian lawyer. He obtained his law degree from the Law Faculty of the University of Bucharest in 2004 and joined the Romanian Bar in 2009. After admission he worked for a number of well-known law firms in Bucharest prior to joining the Law Office of Flavia Teodosiu.
Following his admission to the Bar, Catalin has developed a practice in civil law and commercial law focusing on corporate law and contractual matters. He has developed a practice in respect of mergers and acquisitions and is especially known for commercial and business law. As well as real estate law. In addition, he has advised clients in respect of economic fraud and enquiries by state authorities.
Catalin is fluent in English and Turkish and works in these languages when required.
