She has advised one of the world’s leading integrated energy companies on various disputes related to natural gas exploration in shale rock formations. Most of the cases involve the licensee’s access, pursuant to a petroleum contract, to the lands of landowners within the petroleum block, based on the right of easement provided for in Petroleum Law No. 238/2004;
She represented a South Korean investor in the green energy sector in connection with the approval of the foreclosure of a mortgage loan pursuant to the foreclosure procedure involving the sale of shares provided for in Article 2.445 et seq. of the Civil Code;
She has successfully represented a leading insurance company in various lawsuits filed by policyholders against it.
