The current Firm, which was formerly known as "The Law office of Flavia Teodosiu" was founded in 1998 by Flavia Teodosiu to continue the Teodosiu family's nearly 100-year history as a leader in the legal profession of Romania providing professional services and protecting traditional values.

The Firm is led by Flavia Teodosiu who in her 32 years of legal experience, has initiated and coordinated numerous privatizations, negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions while representing various multinational companies.

Her professional qualities include her ability to skillfully analyze and synthesize complex legal phenomena combined with a thorough knowledge of international business practice. She has an adept capacity to act as a lawyer in complex, high-profile white-collar criminal cases.

Her proven ability to provide legal solutions to business initiatives from their conception through to incorporation, and development has been developed over her many years of commercial experience in Romania.

Based on her knowledge and experience she has been joined over the years by an experienced team of Romanian lawyers in the Firm who continue to build on and provide the legal advice and assistance for which the Firm is famous.
